We set up the environment and install Jira on the servers. We connect external plugins and directories. We import the workflow project into the service and define the system logic. We provide for the creation of backups in advance.
Integration and customization
We finalize the tools for monitoring and planning tasks. We create plugins and set up reports required by the client. We customize the roles and sections and carry out the integration of services.
Training and support

Jira — Project Management
To implement Jira, a large company that was running 80 projects at the same time approached SimbirSoft. It was important for the client to keep track of all changes and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
We set up workflow and Jira logic, developed and implemented several plugins, and performed integration with CRM, HR, TaskTracker and other internal systems. The whole work took 35 days.

  1. Development of a project health dashboard and creation of four custom reports.
  2. Presale automation and selection of project contractors.
  3. Creation of a unique section with project data.
  4. Designing a complex role model and delimiting access rights.
  5. Connection of external users with different roles and access rights.

Integration for Collecting Statistics on Project Quality
The client needed to reduce the load on the QA department and reduce the bug fixes rate. The dashboard we created made it possible to track the health index for all the company's projects, update metrics after each time logging, note deviations from the norm, and localize problems. Thanks to this, in two weeks we managed to stabilize the bug fix from 30% to 23%.

Now the client receives accurate data in reports, can predict the results of work and plan budgets, and employee productivity has increased from 20 to 50%.
