QIWI Collection: CRM System for Debt Collectors
Automated system for collecting information on bank clients' overdue debts.
We were asked to develop a system which will provide soft collection processes, that use remote methods of interaction, such as calls, SMS and automated phone call. In such cases the risk of legislation violation is minimal. We were to integrate with existing internal banking systems, simplify and speed up the operator's work to improve collection efficiency.
Solution
The CRM system that manages clients and provides all information on activities related to a debtor. The system receives debtors' data and their credit agreements from internal banking systems. So that the operator can see all debtor's information, such as monetary liability, and interactions history.
Interacting with the PBX the system allows to carry out the “soft collection” by means of calls, SMS, auto-information, and incoming calls receiving. Due to in-depth control, the system automatically restricts all types of collection measures if the interaction limits under Federal Law No. 230-FZ are hit.
