General description:
Frontage system is meant to computerize the record of the company staff's working hours. The record is kept according to the set business rules. The supplementary rules cover the overtime and night shift points. The system is Web based, written with Java and Oracle DBMS. The database includes the personal information about all the employees, check-in and check-out records. This information is received via the electronic checkpoint from the personal employee's ID card. The process is absolutely computerized.The main functionality of the system includes the following:
- check-in and check-out records;
- the employee's overtime record;
- night shift time record;
- tardiness record;
- generation of a monthly time report for every employee;
- user-friendly interface for the corporation staff information database modification;
- holiday's record;
- etc.
