Protection of Intellectual Property

To protect the intellectual property of the company and its customers, each employee of SimbirSoft is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Under this agreement, the employees must not disclose to third parties any information made available to them during the work on a project. All rights to discoveries, inventions and source codes resulting from work conducted by the employees of SimbirSoft within the scope of their employment are the property of the company or its customers.

If in the course of a project SimbirSoft obtains product licenses or code/documentation from a customer, then after the completion of the project such licenses, codes or documentation will not be used in other projects. In exceptional cases SimbirSoft may agree not to carry out any further projects in the area that has been covered by the customer's project.

Prior to implementing a project, SimbirSoft signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) whereunder the company undertakes not to disclose or make available to third parties any information obtained in the course of the project implementation.

To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to confidential information, the company employees use secure connections for data transfer and storage.
