SimbirSoft leases dedicated Internet lines and maintains a 24-hour operation of its own servers. The servers are used as a central link for the work on any project (file storage, document management, correspondence, etc.). Internet lines are provided by two Internet providers: main provider with 100 MB/s channel and a back-up provider with 8 MB/s channel.

Communication with clients is carried out with the use of email, web-based bug-tracking and project management tools (Mantis, Trac), conventional or IP telephony, and mostly free PC-to-PC solutions - net2phone and encrypted channel through Skype.
